Lime is great for cleaning with essential oils. It is bright and uplifting and one of the strongest citrus essential oils aromatically.
Like most citrus essential oils, lime essential oil is high in limonene which is antibacterial, antiviral and immune supporting. Great to do an old fashioned steam with during cold and flu season.
